Last year, a little boy named Eli walked out the Street Kings event gates with a brand-new backpack, a stack of fresh notebooks, a pair of shoes – and the biggest smile on his face. His mom whispered to us, “We didn’t know how we were going to afford school this year.”
That’s what the Street Kings Toy & Backpack Giveaway is all about.
Now back for its second year, the 2nd Annual Giveaway powered by Street Kings Cultivation will once again bring thousands of gifts—backpacks, school supplies, clothing, shoes, and toys—to families in need. It all happens Saturday, August 9, from 2 PM to 6 PM in the heart of Downtown LA.
Everything is free as long as supplies last. Just love and support from the Street Kings family, who’ve come together once again to invest in the next generation.
What to Expect
Last year, thousands of families filled the street in one of LA’s most inspiring grassroots events. BluestageTV was there, capturing tears, laughs, and dance circles as DJs, local celebrities, and social media influencers rallied behind the cause.
This year promises even more giveaways, special guest appearances, and community-driven energy. Whether you’re coming for the school supplies or simply to support a powerful movement—this is where LA comes together.
